Home monitoring allows compatible implanted devices to transmit technical and rhythm information to the clinic.
How remote monitoring works
Your device communicates with a home transmitter or compatible mobile application. Scheduled transmissions and certain alerts are sent securely to the manufacturer's monitoring platform for clinic review.
Remote monitoring does not replace emergency care and is not continuously watched in real time.

Patient responsibilities
Stay connected
Keep the transmitter plugged in or the mobile application active, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Update contact information
Tell the clinic when your telephone number, address, insurance, or treating physician changes.
Call for symptoms
Do not wait for a remote transmission review if you are having urgent or concerning symptoms.
